Returns Policy

Should you need to return a product to us, please refer to the information below:

If you change your mind about the product when you receive it, you can return it at any time within 7 working days.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at:
Any product returns must be brought to our attention by emailing us at within 7 working days of product being delivered. Any product (excluding pre-assembled items such as ride-on mowers, tillers, all terrain mowers,) may be returned unused and boxed in its original packing within 7 days of delivery for whatever reason. The item you return should be complete with all supplied manuals and components. You should enclose your original receipt for the goods also. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in good condition. The cost of carriage both ways will be deducted from any refund issued.

Orders that have not yet been delivered can be cancelled prior to them being dispatched to you by emailing with ORDER CANCELLATION in the subject bar and your order number included in the email.

If you receive goods which have been damaged in transit, please sign the delivery note stating the goods have arrived damaged. Report it to us within 24 hours of receipt. If we are not notified of damage within 24 hours we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us.

Please contact us immediately at  if you want to return goods that have arrived faulty or incomplete for a full refund, repair or replacement.
All goods must be returned to the specified address within 10 working days of delivery. If, after testing by our repairs team, the product is proven to have been faulty on arrival to you we will refund your reasonable return carriage costs (to a maximum of our standard delivery charge).  We reserve the right to nominate the carrier for any returns by you. The item you return should be complete with original packaging, all supplied manuals and components.
Where faulty or damaged goods are returned to us we reserve the right to carry out authorised repairs and return the product to you at our expense. Where we agree to replace a faulty product we will dispatch a replacement product to you as soon as is reasonably possible.

Any refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. Refunds will be made on the same credit card or debit card that you made initial payment on only.

If a product develops a fault within its warranty period you are entitled to a repair, refund or replacement at our discretion. Please contact us at for information for your local warranty repair agent or to arrange to send it back to us. Where no fault is found after testing by our repairs team, a handling charge of €20 will incur.

We recommend you return any goods via a postal/carriage service that requires a signature upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is lost whilst being returned.

Please note:
Unless it is a result of our error, or the goods are faulty or incomplete on arrival to you, you are liable for the costs of returning goods to us and any extra delivery charges incurred.
